Oils ship from our local warehouse and arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

The Diffuser ships from our overseas workshop and takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on transit and customs.

If we can't ship inside those windows we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

The two items ship from two different places. Your Bergamot comes from the local warehouse and usually lands first. The Diffuser follows from the workshop.

You get a separate tracking link for each parcel as it leaves.

Possibly, on the Diffuser, since it ships from overseas. Any import fee charged on delivery is yours to pay and isn't included in the price at checkout.

Oils ship domestically, so no duties apply to them.

Up to about 500 sq ft. That covers most bedrooms, studies and small offices. In a large open-plan space it still works, but the scent reads as a trace rather than filling the room.

8 to 12 hours from the 120 ml tank, depending on which of the two spray levels you use. That's roughly 10 to 15 ml an hour.

No. The drops go straight into the water. There's nothing to buy again except the oil.

There's no fan in it. The mist comes off a vibrating plate, so the only sound is a faint hum. People run it through work calls without anyone on the other end noticing.

Yes. When the tank runs dry it shuts down on its own, so you can leave it running overnight or walk out with it on.

Tip out any water left in the tank and wipe it dry after use. Once a month, descale it with a mix of water and citric acid to clear mineral build-up from tap water.

USB-C, 5V. Run it off a wall adapter or a power bank, whichever suits where you want to put it.

Pure essential oils are fine. Avoid anything thick or pre-diluted in a carrier, like a fragrance oil cut with jojoba or coconut. That residue builds up on the plate and eventually stops it misting properly.

Six to ten per fill is the usual range. Start at six. If the room is large or you want it more obvious, work up from there.

At six to ten drops a fill, a 30 ml bottle gives you roughly 60 to 100 fills. Running it every night, that's about two to three months.

The 118 ml bottles go a lot further, somewhere around 240 to 390 fills, which is most of a year at the same rate.

One extract, and nothing else. No blends, no fillers, no carrier oils and no synthetic fixatives.

Bergamot and Grapefruit are cold pressed from the rind. Tea Tree is steam distilled from the leaf.

These are made for diffusing, not for skin. Undiluted essential oils can irritate or burn, and citrus oils in particular can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Don't apply them neat.

Take this one seriously. Tea tree is known to be toxic to cats and dogs, and cats process essential oils poorly in general.

If you have animals in the house, talk to your vet before diffusing, keep the room ventilated, and give them a way to leave it.

Yes. Nothing is tested on animals at any stage, ingredient or finished bottle.

You have 30 days from the day it's delivered.

The Diffuser and the Starter Set can come back even if you've opened them and run them. Try it properly before you decide.

Oils bought on their own have to be unopened, since we can't resell a bottle once the seal is broken.

Return shipping is on you unless the item was faulty. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page.

Message us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover shipping both ways.

We don't publish a warranty beyond the 30-day window above. Faults inside those 30 days are ours to sort out. This doesn't affect the rights you already have under consumer law where you live.
